Business philosophy

We are retired in beautiful Norway. We have a scientific background. We are not in the business of selling as much as we can to as many people as possible. We don’t peddle “miracle cures” – we don’t need to. Example: We encourage people who are in doubt whether they really have Candidiasis not to buy our Lufenuron product, because we hate spending money on things we don’t need – and so do you, we suppose. We think that when a person reflects upon their lives as it nears the end, that a person should look back upon a life well-spent. For us, this includes helping people with the scientific side of dealing with health- and beauty problems.

Support

Some of the products we offer are quite unique and we understand that you may have questions before, during and after using them. We are always interested in learning about your results and we will gladly answer any questions to the best of our ability. Questions can be sent to sarah@owndoc.com. Sarah constantly monitors her inbox for inquiries and she often replies almost immediately to avoid a backlog. If not, then often it is because she has to do some research to answer your question properly and usually she’ll get back to you in one working day. If you haven’t heard from us in a few days, please remind us – we get many questions and sometimes an email can “fall through the cracks”.

Customs

All shipments are sent as “letters” in bubble envelopes or thick carboard envelopes that are 5 cm / 2 inches thick. To avoid you having to pay import taxes or VAT, we won’t include an invoice but stick a customs sticker to the envelope, marked “Valueless gift / commercial sample”. So far, we have never had any customer in any country have to pay any fees, neither was ever a shipment confiscated because it contains “white powder”. We regularly ship to the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and sometimes to other countries such as the Netherlands, Israel and the Philippines.

Order tracking

Orders are shipped the same or the next day by priority air mail. Order tracking is prohibitively expensive in Norway, but we guarantee that you will receive your order within two weeks – usually much quicker. Tracking does not make the package arrive any faster anyway. Email us if you do not receive your order in time, so that we can either issue you a full refund or send your order again. We always send you an email about the date that we will dispatch your order. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, remind us at sarah@owndoc.com

Guarantee

Some of our products consist of various powdered substances, fungal spores etc. in ziplock bags. Other products need to remain sterile for use. We can’t accept returns for that reason. Neither can we issue a refund when a product does not yield the expected result – no pharmacy would do so either. However, it is very important to us that you are a satisfied customer. If there is anything we can help you with, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you. Of course, when goods are damaged or otherwise flawed upon receipt, we will either refund you, or re-send.
